The systems, which are used to receive containers and store them using terminals, allow, through secure access, to order cases from the company’s website 24 hours a day, from anywhere and at any time. The company’s compound security system includes 3 security circuits: fences, an alarm system and closed-circuit television connected to a 24/7 manned call center. All archival material is stored in dedicated closed containers at the company’s storage sites, located in waterproof and insulated buildings, adapted to preserve paperwork over time.
In addition, the shelving systems installed in them are adapted to the strict European standard for earthquakes EUROCODE – 8, and the storage complexes are regularly treated by a professional pest control company, to prevent the destruction of the paperwork by insects and pests.
